The Treasurer's Office is holding this sale for recommendations from the Land Trust. The Clerk's Office checked with Planning and the Land Trust did not meet last month, therefore, they were unable to review the parcel.
Rick from Planning notified the Clerk's Office on March 16th that the Land Trust met on March 15th, however, they still could not render an opinion because they did not have a quorum.
The Land Trust recommendation is the only obstacle holding up this sale.
