1. The School Committee will continue their report to the City Council regarding the

RIPEC report.

2. Firms specializing in emergency and disaster preparedness will make a presentation to the City Council regarding the City’s Emergency Management Plan and the availability of grants from FEMA for the City to implement disaster preparedness and response measures, including the training of public safety personnel and to consider the possibility of the city issuing a request for proposals for improving the City’s Emergency Management Plan.

Some of the major repairs needed would be in the bell tower at City Hall, Carpeting & Office renovations at City Hall Annex and needed mechanical upgrades at the pool, the ice rinks and Pilgrim Senior Center.
