10.       PCR-54-06 -  A Resolution to the General Assembly regarding the City Buildings                                          Bond $12,000,000.               (Councilwoman Stenhouse)

Description:  Funds will be spent on approximately 30 buildings to upgrade systems to comply with the new fire safety codes and perform needed repairs.  Some of the major repairs needed would be in the bell tower at City Hall, Carpeting & Office renovations at City Hall Annex and needed mechanical upgrades at the pool, the ice rinks and Pilgrim Senior Center.
