Ocean State Charities Trust, the state’s only public foundation, has re-elected its slate of officers. The election came at the annual meeting of the five-member foundation earlier this week.
Helen Marandola was re-elected chairman. John Partridge, Esquire was re-elected treasurer, and Warwick Mayor Scott Avedisian was re-elected as secretary of the Trust.
Founded in 1981, the Trust has two grant award cycles each year.
