Primary Concerns:
My vision is to reorganize Warwick government to be more in line with the business model of “Doing More with Less” by developing coordinated long range plans with city and school departments and utilizing technology to become more efficient and providing enhanced services to our customers, the citizens and businesses of Warwick at sustainable spending levels. My approach will:
1. Eliminate wasteful redundancies through consolidation and sharing of resources.
2. Increase employee productivity by providing them the tools they need to accomplish their jobs more efficiently.
3. Address problems associated with the mandatory yearly increases for employee benefit plans that is placing an unsustainable burden on Warwick property owners and detrimental to future economic growth.
