Is interior work subject to review?
No. Interior alterations and enlarging or subdividing rooms where there are no changes to the building’s exterior are not subject to review by the Historic District Commission.
Electrical, Plumbing, Heating, and Mechanical Permits that will have exterior components (IE: venting, equipment, and lines/piping) are required to be reviewed.
