Games Start at 6:00 pm. for the First 3 Weeks, After that 6:30 pm.
Umpires Fee will be $24.00 Per Game. Single Umpire Fee is $17.00 Per Game.
Home Run Rule; 3 Per Game-After that they become Outs.
No Composite Barrel Bats of any kind will be allowed, Miken, Mizuno, Synergy, Wicked, or anything else.
Half & Half bats are allowed as long as they are on the NSA approved list.
Anyone caught with an illegal bat will be Ejected immediately without question.
Count will start at 0-0
Run Rule is (20 after 3) (15 after 4) (12 after 5) if at any point the visiting team reaches one of these run rules the game is over at that point. The Home team does not bat to finish the inning.
Written Rosters will be collected by June 1st. That is the absolute deadline to turn them in. If you do not have your roster in by the deadline, any game you play after that will be considered a forfeit. Names and addresses for each player are mandatory (For Eligibility Questions). Each team will get a copy of the rosters. Play Off format will remain the same.
Curtesy Runner; You will be allowed 1 runner per inning. The runner will be the last out. It will only be the last out of the last inning if there are 0 outs when you want to use it.
The Ball will be .44 Core at 400 Compression or 375 Compression. Max compression will not be allowed.
Scores Must be called in ASAP After the games!!!!!! Scores not just who won our Lost!!!!!

Playoff cancellations will be due to weather only.
In the event of a rainout your next scheduled meeting will be a doubleheader starting at 6:00 pm
 

Athletic Organizations

As part of an ongoing effort to promote recreational and athletic programs available throughout the city, the Parks and Recreation Department offers free webspace at warwickri.gov for any qualified Warwick group.

From fishing and boating to beaches and cool breezes, Warwick's 39 miles of coastline along Narragansett Bay provides ample opportunities for waterfront enthusiasts!

INSTRUCTORS WANTED

The City of Warwick Recreation Dept is in search of individuals with special skills they are willing to share with all age groups and ability levels. Instructors are key in our efforts to meet the lifelong learning and recreational needs of the Warwick citizens. Classes can be a onetime workshop or a series.
Some examples of classes but not limited to:

Fitness/Dance
Fine Arts/Crafts/Decorating
Self Defense/Martial Arts
Music
Cuisine/Nutrition
Language
