Land Evidence:
This department is responsible for recording, indexing, scanning, printing books and storing all mortgages, discharges, assignments, liens, maps, surveys and any other legal document presented for recording on all properties in the city. We are also responsible for notifying the mayor's office of any property transfers within the city.
