The Probate Division is responsible for handling all probate matters that affect the residents of the City of Warwick.  Accepting all probate filings, fees, advertising hearings, and docketing matters being heard before the Warwick Probate Court.  Probate Court meets each Thursday of the month.  You may obtain forms by going to the Secretary of State’s Web-Site www.state.ri.us and clicking on to Probate Forms.
