This department is responsible for issuing all birth certificates, marriage licenses, death certificates, hunting and fishing licenses.

PLEASE NOTE:  The City of Warwick does not accept out-of-state checks, debit cards, or credit cards for certified copies of death, birth, and marriage certificates.  Please remit payment in the form of a money order or certified bank check only.
