Yoga at Buttonwoods
This gentle Hatha Yoga class will focus on asana (postures) and pranayama (breath) in a relaxed and non-competitive atmosphere. Through yoga practice we will strengthen our bodies and improve balance and flexibility. We will explore movement and breath to reduce stress and improve relaxation.

Beginner Evening Session - Dates: March 31 - June 9, 2008
Time: 7:15 pm to 8:30 pm Fee: $35.00 Place: Buttonwoods Community Center
Intermediate Evening Session - Dates: April 9 - June 16, 2008
Time: 6:15 - 7:30 pm Fee: $35.00 Place: Buttonwoods Community Center

Warwick Wanderer's Walking Club
Join us for this Spring series of walks. We will explore new paths while improving our health. Beginning on Friday March 28th until Friday June 13th at 9:00 AM. A fee of $3.00 for the series will help defray the cost of materials. Schedules will be distributed first week of walking. First class meets at City Park.

Fitness for 40+
This class is designed for the person who wants to get back into an exercise program and have a good time doing it! This is an eight week program.
