Free Webspace Initiative
As part of an ongoing effort to promote recreational and athletic programs available throughout the city, Mayor Scott Avedisian is pleased to announce that the Parks and Recreation Department, in cooperation with the MIS Division, will offer free space at warwickri.gov for any qualified Warwick group.
The web pages will provide contact information, descriptions of the organization, and space for one picture or logo, Avedisian said. Those groups that already have their own website will still be allowed to participate, with a link to their site added to their section. Each organization will be responsible for providing web master Robert W. Martin with updated information when applicable.
The following organizations have taken advantage of this opportunity:
- Angels Fast-pitch Girls Softball
- Apponaug Babe Ruth Baseball League (Cal Ripken Division)
- Apponaug Girls Softball
- Boys and Girls Club of Warwick
- Warwick American Little League
- Warwick Fire Fighters Soccer Club
- Warwick Symphony Orchestra
- Warwick West Side Little League
- Warwick Boys and Girls Soccer Association
