Mayor's Message on Automated Collection

Dear Warwick Resident,

As you know, the City of Warwick is in the process of implementing an automated trash and recycling collection system. This program is designed to make trash and recyclable pick up easier, more cost-efficient, and cleaner. It is also expected to reduce on-the-job injuries.

Please take the time to read this informational website carefully, as it will answer many of the questions you may have regarding this new system. Should you have further questions or concerns, I encourage you to call out Automation Hotline at 732-9589.

For the past decade, Warwick has led the state in recycling. This is due, in large part, to the cooperation of our residents and your willingness to embrace new programs and measures that will help protect and restore our environment. The automated trash and recycling collection system is the newest component of our program, and I thank you in advance for your efforts to help make this a success.

Sincerely,

Scott Avedisian, Mayor
