Massage Therapy with Jen

Massage Therapy or Reiki with Melissa

Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2:00pm to 4:00pm

Each appointment is for 15 minutes and the cost is $10 for Senior Center Members and $20 for non-members. Please sign up at our Welcome Desk.

You have your choice of Reiki, an ancient Japanese form of natural healing that is a gentle and non-invasive relieving stress, pain and other ailments or Massage Therapy which reduces stress, relieves pain and promotes relaxation and well-being for the spirit, mind and body. Just tell Melissa if you prefer Reiki or Massage Therapy. Checks are payable to the Kent County YMCA.

Dancing 4 Fun, Thursdays at 11:00am Join us for a special guest & live music on Thurs., Nov. 2, 11:00am. Steve Rapone at the piano.

Manicures Nov. 13 & 27, 9:00am-1:00pm Only $6 for center members. Appointments are necessary; please cancel if you cannot keep an appointment.

Spa Treatments with Claire from BeautiControl Friday, November 3, 10:30am Pamper yourself with a heated neck massage, lip & eye treatments. The fee is $8, register at our Welcome Desk.

Make a Holiday Photo Greeting Car, Wednesday, November 8, 1:30pm Please bring 2 photos to create your own holiday card. Class fee is $3 (materials are included). Please register at our Welcome Desk.

Honoring Our Veteran's Lunch, Thursday, November 9, 11:00am Entertainment by the Aristocats & Baked Scrod for lunch.

Thanksgiving Celebration & Entertainment by Larry Perlman, Thursday, November 16, 11:00am Join us for a traditional turkey. The menu will be enhanced to include squash & cranberry sauce (no carrots will be served).

Meal Reservation Info - For special holiday lunch & dinners, Westbay Senior Dining Program requires us to order meals on the Thursday before the holiday party prior to 12:00 noon.

Festive Fall Dinner with entertainment by violinist Hagop Ahmanian, Tuesday, November 14, 4:45pm Join us for a delicious baked scrod dinner & entertainment. The cost is only $5 per person. Reservations are required with Peg by November 9.

Warwick Symphony Orchestra Holiday Concert, Thursday, November 30 at 7:30pm The donation is $5 per person. Light refreshments will be served.

Annual Mini Bazaar
