Pilgrim Exercise Classes

Have you tried one of our exercise programs? Why not come over and sit in on a class for free. There are all levels of activity to chose from. Come in and speak to Patty or Claudia in the office and they can arrange with the instructor to have you watch or try a program. What can you lose? Do it for yourself.

Low Impact Aerobics by Perfectly Fit
Mon. & Thurs., 9:30am Fee: $2/class

Rehabilitation Exercise by Perfectly Fit
Mon. & Thurs., 10:45am Fee: $2/class

Advanced Tap Dance
Mon., 9:15-10:15am
At this time, these classes are at full capacity.

Intermediate Tap Dance
Mon., 10:30-11:30am
At this time, these classes are at full capacity.

Chair Yoga
Wed. & Fri., 9:30-10:30am
Fee: $1/class

Line Dance
Wed., 1:30pm Fee: $3/class
No class on the 2nd Wed. of each month

Move Program
Bi-weekly physical therapy programs for
adults who have been victims of traumatic
injury, surgery and chronic disabling disease.

Happy Hoofers Tap Practice
Fri., 9:15am Fee: $1/class - will resume in September.

Making Exercise Easy

exercise program. Join us today!
