Plans and specifications are also available in the Purchasing Division, Warwick City Hall, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. on or after the dates listed above. Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired must notify the Division of Purchasing at 401-921-9701 at least 48 hours in advance of the bid opening date.
NOTE: It is the vendor's responsibility to verify if any addendums have been issued for their bid. The City of Warwick will not be held responsible for incomplete bid submissions. These proposal/bid documents are available in the Purchasing Division, Warwick City Hall, Lower Level, 3275 Post Rd., Warwick, RI 02886. Each offer shall be in accordance with specifications and instructions contained therein. Each offer shall be submitted in duplicate, unless otherwise noted, and in a sealed envelope with the company name plainly marked on the exterior with the bid number and bid name. The City of Warwick shall receive each proposal/bid either by mail, (no proposals / bids will be accepted via e-mail or fax ) or in person in the Purchasing Division no later than the date and time indicated above.
