Mayor Joseph J. Solomon has declared a state of emergency for the City of Warwick in response to the COVID-19 virus; that state of emergency is still in effect. Phase III reopening guidelines and restrictions are in effect as of June 30. More details are available at reopeningri.com.

The City has continued to provide uninterrupted essential services, including public safety, sanitation (trash, recycling, and yard waste pickup), wastewater treatment, and critical City functions.

All offices located in Warwick City Hall, the Buttonwoods Municipal Annex, and the Municipal Annex at Holden School are fully accessible to the public.

Many City departments have online resources and services, including the Tax Collectors OfficeTax Assessor’s Department, the Building and Zoning Department, the Planning Department, and the City Council Office. Please note that tax payments may be made online, via mail, or via dropbox; more information is online.
