Sculpt & Tone
Using one’s own body weight and/or light weights, tone and strengthen your physique with an emphasis on building core strength. Work the entire body with low-impact exercises suitable for all fitness levels. Please bring a mat, water, and light weights (2-5 pounds). There are a limited number of mats and weights available if you do not have your own.
