RIEMA collecting data from flood-affected businesses, residents

Warwick businesses and residents affected by flooding due to recent storms are asked to fill out a form to help RIEMA collect data to see if the state can qualify for a FEMA declaration.  Please complete a form for each time you flooded.  If you scroll down, you will see a separate form for each flooding event at this site:  https://riema.ri.gov/
