Dog License Information

2026 dog licenses will be available  through the City Clerk’s Office.

Licenses expire in April annually - new licenses and renewals are done by mail

Mail the following:  rabies certificate, self-addressed stamped envelope, $10.00 check made payable to the city of Warwick To:
WARWICK CITY CLERK’S OFFICE
DOG LICENSE DIVISION
3275 POST ROAD, WARWICK, RI 02886

**IF RABIES CERTIFICATE IS NOT INCLUDED THE LICENSE CANNOT BE ISSUED!!

Please Note: If your licensed dog has been re-homed or is deceased, please notify the City Clerk’s Office, Dog License Division at 738-2006 EXT 6 to have the license removed from our records.
