Specifications are available in the Purchasing Division, Warwick City Hall, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM until 4:30 PM on or after Friday, October 23, 2020. Our office will be closed Tuesday, November 3, 2020 and will re-open on Wednesday, November 4, 2020

Sealed proposals will be received by the Purchasing Division, Warwick City Hall, 3275 Post Road, Warwick, Rhode Island 02886 up until 11:00 AM, Monday, January 11, 2021. The proposals will be opened publicly commencing at 11:00 AM on the same day in the Lower Level Conference Room, Warwick City Hall. Please note with the continued increase in COVID-19 cases throughout the state, all public bid openings are to be held via Zoom. Please see the attached addendum for instructions.
