              To the members of the City Council on the Community Outreach Educational Committee, the Community Outreach Educational Committee meeting this Wednesday, February 3rd, is cancelled. I am very sorry for the late notice, but there has been a special School Committee meeting scheduled on the same day and at the same time as our Committee meeting. The School Committee has asked for our Committee meeting to be moved to another date. I am going to reschedule the meeting to with Karen Bachus. Once the new date for the meeting is decided, I will let you all know. I apologize very much for the late notice, I was informed about this School Committee meeting last minute.
