Specifications are available in the Administrative Office, Warwick Public Library, 600 Sandy Lane, Warwick RI, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM on or after Wednesday, March 30, 2022. This document and any addendums will be available on the City of Warwick’s website http://www.warwickri.gov/bids.

Sealed bids will be received in the Administrative Office, Warwick Public Library, 600 Sandy Lane, Warwick, RI 02889 until 11:00 AM on March 30, 2022. The bids will be opened publicly commencing at 11:00 AM on the same day in the Administrative Office, Warwick Public Library.

Dates in the orignial RFP are incorrect. The dates above are correct.

Awards shall be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated or responsive bid price as per our specifications. Please note that no bids can be accepted via email or fax.
