The Board of Trustees of the Warwick Public Library invites bids from qualified landscape architectural firms to provide design consultation services for hardscaping and revitalization of the Library Garden. The project includes creating a design for the existing library garden to have seating, tables, platforms for events or performers, electricity outlets, and relaxation space. The awarded agency will lead the project; provide drawings of the space with additions listed above; assist in obtaining the materials; and in the installation of the materials.

Specifications are available in the Administrative Office, Warwick Public Library, 600 Sandy Lane, Warwick, RI, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on or after October 8, 2021. Specifications may also be obtained on the City of Warwick’s website http://www.warwickri.gov/bids.   

Sealed bids will be received in the Administrative Office, Warwick Public Library, 600 Sandy Lane, Warwick, RI 02889 until 11:00 AM on Friday, November 5, 2021. The bids will be opened publicly commencing at 11:00 AM on the same day in the Administrative Office, Warwick Public Library.
