Parks & Recreation is seeking Vendors for outdoor marketplace

Please print and fill out the attached application.  You can send your application and other information in by e-mail to warwick-rec@warwickri.com or mail to Parks & Recreation 885 Sandy Lane Warwick RI 02889.  All applications for June 15th are due by end of day May 5th.  Payment is not due until you receive a confirmation that your application has been accepted.  At that time you will be required to fill out a vendor agreement and your make payment.
