The City of Warwick, Rhode Island will accept sealed bids for “Pontiac Village Park Site
Improvements” at the City of Warwick Purchasing Department located at Warwick City Hall
Annex, 65 Centerville Road, 1st Floor Suite D, Warwick, RI 02886 until no later than 11:00 AM on
Wednesday, December 21, 2022.

A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Monday, December 5, 2022 at 10:00 AM
on-site at the Pontiac Village Playground located at 145 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick, Rhode
Island. Participants will be asked to sign in and provide an email address as a project contact.

Requests for Information will be due by Friday, December 9, 2022 by 3:00 PM. Requests for
information or clarification must be made in writing to William Facente, Housing & Community
Development Manager, william.r.facente@warwickri.gov
